OUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Cancellation of Order:
Please note that orders are processed promptly upon receipt, and we cannot guarantee the cancellation or modification of transactions once they have been placed. If you wish to exchange an item, kindly contact us immediately. Please email us at info@emmademcollections.com. You may cancel or exchange your order within 2-3 days of placement before it is shipped. To initiate a cancellation, please email us at info@emmademcollections.com as soon as possible.
Exchange:
Emmadem Collections offers exchanges for returned items in accordance with the aforementioned section on the withdrawal of orders, provided that all items are returned in their original condition. This means that the items should not have been scratched, stained, washed, adjusted, or worn (except for trying them on), and all labels or tags should remain intact. Additionally, all packaging items must be in perfect condition. While we strive to accommodate exchange requests, please note that due to the limited inventory of our unique pieces, exchanges are subject to availability of the desired size and may take up to a month to process. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for the price of items or shipping costs, but we do guarantee exchanges.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
